According to the Articles 6, 9, 10 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ «On Personal Data» and Regulations on personal data of employees and clients of the Law Firm «Legal Business Solutions» I hereby consent to processing of my personal data by the Law Firm «Legal Business Solutions» (TIN 9715257924 Company registration number 1167746436021, address: Moscow, Proezd Dezhneva 1, room VII), hereinafter referred to as Operator.

I agree to processing of my personal data in order to send an offer and newsletters to personal data subjects. I am also notified that processing of my personal data can be carried out as follows: collection, recording, arrangement, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, changing), extraction, use, anonymizing, blocking, removal and destruction of information.

I agree to processing of the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, year of birth, month of birth, date of birth, place of birth, address, education, occupation, contact information, including phone number and e-mail address.

I hereby also acknowledge that processing of personal data is performed prior to the demand concerning the elimination of the use of personal data sent to the Operator.

In order to improve service quality and introduction of marketing programs, I hereby agree to receive information about Operator’s services by SMS, email, telephone at the number and email address provided above.

The Operator is entitled to process my personal data by entering the electronic database, inscription to the lists (registers) and to the reporting forms.

I hereby acknowledge that the Operator does not carry out transborder transfer of personal data.

I hereby acknowledge that I can withdrawn my consent to processing of personal data at any time (including the consent to receive information about Operator’s services by SMS, email, telephone) by means of the written application at the Operator's address and access personal data in person or in writing.
